At SaVida Health Springfield, we provide outpatient treatment for opioid addiction that combines FDA-approved medications with practical support and compassionate care. Our local team of licensed professionals is dedicated to helping you achieve stability and move forward on your own terms.
Personalized Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Recovery is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we begin each treatment plan with a thorough medical assessment to determine the right course of care for you. We offer:
Buprenorphine-based treatments, including Suboxone®, Zubsolv®, Bunavail®, and Sublocade®
Naltrexone/Vivitrol® as a non-opioid option
Ongoing medication management and dose adjustments as needed
These treatments reduce cravings and withdrawal symptoms, allowing you to focus on the bigger picture: rebuilding your life.
Flexible Outpatient Services That Work for You
Our Springfield clinic offers outpatient care, allowing you to receive treatment without needing to leave home, work, or school. We offer:
Same-day or next-day appointments
Flexible scheduling and telehealth options
Quick insurance verification and help with paperwork
No requirement for overnight stays or inpatient admission
Support Beyond the Prescription
We understand that recovery doesn’t stop at medication. Our team provides case management and wraparound services to support you throughout your journey. We can assist with:
Housing and transportation coordination
Child care resources

I have been going through sevida for years and I honestly feel like I can open up to them and get help with whatever I need because they are extremely supportive
Everyone that I met at SaVida was terrific. Amy is a very sweet and kind person who listened to every word I said and really listened to me. Heather was just a kind. All of the women who assisted me on my initial consultation were wonderful. Very easy to talk to. Thank you to all who made me feel important.
I can count on Melia to see me. Not just as a client, but as a woman with stugles and triumphs. Never doubting my word or questioning my truth. Thank you melia

My experience with this specific provider has always been such a delight, she's very kind and has been a great support during my recovery give her a raise she definitely deserves it
Stacy at Savida is all pro. If I arrive with questions, I leave satisfied with answers. Stacy doesn’t admonish, she encourages. Rather than guilt, she inspires confidence. I have not once had cause to doubt Stacy’s commitment to medicine, and to my recovery and well being. I am grateful to her for that commitment, and I could not recommend her or Savida Health more highly.
She was a very nice an kind woman and answered my questions that I had and help me with what I needed and I would definitely go and see her as a provider if my provider is not in again,

She is a wonderful and caring person who is there to truly help you. All of my experiences have always been A+ I would recommend to anyone trying to better their life with responsible treatment and encouragement. She is one of a kind and I am appreciative of her. Thank you!
Been going for years now, had issues with other providers and it doesn't exactly help with recovery especially early into it. These folks have always been kind and patient, non judgemental, and encouraging, and its helped my sobriety TREMENDOUSLY. I've met many different nurses and providers that have come and gone through savida, and every single one has taken my requests into account and worked with me on my recovery plan. Any time I've had a problem at a pharmacy or anything really they've been quick to jump in and help. Couldn't recommend them more.
I had my first visit with Amy Carpenter and was so impressed with her demeanor, knowledge and personality. I will most certainly see her again! This office staff has proven to be professional to the highest standard!!! Keep up the good work Springfield Savida
