I have been going here for a few months now for myself and the Drs and the ladies at the front desk are very kind. The Drs really do care about the patients there. I also have a good friend of mine that also goes there and I have been with her when she went to her appts and she also will say the same that everybody at this office really does care about the patients and helping them to stay clean.

My exsperiance at Savida health was very very good the staff and doctor were very professional they answered any questions that I had , they treated me like family, I would give these folks five stars and more, if you have a substance abuse disorder don't wait seek these folks out they are here to help with an open heart

It was my first time there and I was just a little bit nervous but by the time I left it felt like I had been there a hundred times. The office workers where so nice and laid back. The doctor was also nice, and well the counselor that I spoke with was so nice, and sweet and had me so relaxed like we had known each other for years. I highly recommend if you need help with any kind of addiction or anything else then

Great experience! Didn't feel like I was at a substance abuse doctor at all, felt like I was at a family practitioner. I was having a problem with my insurance and the staff there went out of their way to make sure that I could still come to my appointment. When I had gave up and decided to go to a walk-in clinic and pay $150 they made sure they called and text me to allow me to know to show up that they were going to get it handled.... and they did. Absolutely loved Gina her and I had great conversation and bonded over our love for dogs. Tina Toni and Tiffany were of great help and had great personalities! This will continue to be my doctor for as long as I'm going to treatment. Thank you all for being so loving, warming, and welcoming! All people should be so non-judgmental!

Dr.Spence-Brown is an absolutely wonderful provider. Knowledgeable, professional,
compassionate, and always patient...she feels like a friend versus a medical professional who is always on the cutting edge of new and innovative treatments. I feel blessed to have found her, Toni, & Tiffany. The care has been positively life changing, and cultivates "hope" for what at times felt like a hopeless disease. Thank you, with gratitude from my whole heart, including my twin boys, Ryland and Reese. They deserve for their mommy to receive top notch medical care, and 5 star treatment is what I have been given since the first phone call! Toni & Tiffany roll out the "red carpet" and make the office cozy and warm, unlike any other facility I have observed. I am thrilled these ladies are part of my journey. I recommend them to anyone serious about regaining their quality of life. Ashley is amazing and super sweet. I feel safe and comfortable at Savida Bristol!!!
They also refuse to be bullied by some of the pharmacies 🤣 and have gone above and beyond to help me with my medications, insurance, or any other issue.
