I've been with Savida for quite some time and just recently returned after 7 months in rehab for alcohol addiction. Rebekah, Bailee, Jess, and Teri are all amazing women. And even if you are a new patient, It's as if you've known them for years. Very outgoing and easy to talk to. I wouldn't recommend any other place!

If you're ready to get clean, then you are looking in the right place. Seeking help is a sign of strength 💪. Now I will give you a little advice. This is the easy part. See, getting clean is simple. Anyone can do it. The hard part is adapting to a normal lifestyle and ✂️ cutting off all people who are in your life who have anything to do with drugs.

I have been dealing with the staff at Savida Health for almost the entire time they have been at the front royal location. They are all kind and respectful, definitely personable. WONDERFUL! The first word that pops into my mind thinking of all the sweet staff members and doctors at front royal savita health! I'm going thru a hard time in my life right now and I've never had ... staff and doctors who actually CARE about me. They remember me and always have a smile on their faces everytime I walk in the door and ask me how my life is going from the last time we talked. " yes, I feel so comfortable with these ladies I talk too much" but they hear me and I feel so spoiled by their attention and thoughtfulness towards my emotions. It's like having my own cheerleaders squad encouraging me through my tough times right now.
They answer all my questions if I have any, they explain everything so thoroughly already. I'm so thankful for the entire team at savita! They were amazing day 1 to me and continuing there months later they are still amazing, they truly care. Thank you girls for everything you do for me! ❤️

Keep getting sent a "review your medical team" email (5x already). I've already reviewed Annie, my first counselor and Liz. Terri is my NP and still is a very sweet, caring and attentive medical professional. I've been a patient since 2019 and the quality in care - has NOT faltered.

I love my counselor, Altaar. Even though she's my third counselor, I still get nervous - during my first session with them. She listens to my problems, frustrations, fears and offers sound advice.

Always be honest about your addiction, potential relapse and your struggles. They'll be there every step of the way!

I started going to savida health in feb. Of 2019. My daughter was just a few weeks old and i knew it was time to live my life better with out the heroin. I was so scared i would be judged there like i was at the other drs offices when i seeked help. Boy was i wrong. Everyone and i mean EVERYONE went out of their way to help me feel like this was the right decision and they made it feel like a team just to help me. I now have a team of people who want to see me exceed in my treatment plan. I can call my councilor or dr or anyone of the girls anytime of the day and just talk if a craving hits. These people actually care about our treatment and our well being unlike the pay n go drs in front royal. Id tell the whole world about savida if i could and i still refer ppl if they tell me they need help cause savida will do just that. They want to help get us better . they want to see us living a meaningful life again.

I have been with SaVida Health in Front Royal for 3 plus years. They are kind, non-judgmental, and everyone with in the team genuinely cares about you as an individual. I love that the therapy is in office, and meeting with my counselor is like sitting down and chatting with a good friend. I mean that, it is easy to talk to her. I feel strong with them in my corner, and I am forever grateful to each and everyone of them. Thank you ladies!

It seems my review was removed.

I've been a patient for multiple years. The past year, this office has been terrible with appointments and before Lauren relocated, she was very short with patients that didn't understand something or asked questions. I was in the office one evening, when a patient explained they were sick and couldn't come in.

The front desk refused to fill their prescription, until their next appointment. That would've been understandable had it not been A WEEK AWAY. I've heard patients while smoking out front, say they've relapsed or bought subs off the street - because needing to be rescheduled took two weeks at a time.

One patient expressed disappointment, when they were asked to come back in two weeks and the front desk staff couldn't find an availability in appointments within the allocated time frame. They even had patients saved for appointments here, that were actually at the Winchester location. They were taking up appointment slots!

They have had two Suboxone prescribers come and go, within a year. Let that sink in. When a prescriber or counselor needs to call out, they're covered and no one bats an eye. They may even do telehealth, while you're in the office! If a patient needs to do this, they're very reluctant and 99% of the time - won't even fill script until you come in and drug test.

If you need to reschedule a counseling appointment, they make you come in. WHEN THE COUNSELOR VIDEO CHATS YOU. Make it make sense! I'm not coming in, if my counselor doesn't have to either. Especially if they are the one who rescheduled during my medical appointment.

My prescriber has been there since the beginning and I am thankful for her. We may have disagreements but I've never left the office angry or feeling misunderstood by her. Jessica the receptionist is great too.

All these five star reviews are because you can get a chance to win a $20 gift card to fast food establishments. Now it's "Have lunch with your favorite staff" raffle.

It is a good place but has wonky procedures. You can go once a week for about 3 months and then they'll put you on bi-weekly. After 3 more months of biweekly, you can start going to monthly. I think that's amazing considering methadone clinics want you to be there for a year and practically by land from them, before they let you do take home bottles.

Heed my warning on needing to reschedule appointments and you'll do just fine here.

This place is phenomenal!!! The Front Royal office is full of the just amazing people. My 1st Appt they made me feel like I’ve been going there for years. I absolutely love this place they are so helpful and go out of there way to do anything to support me. The receptionist go above and beyond to help me in any way that they can. They always remember all the conversations that we have and check in on me when my follow up visits come. The doctor always listen to everything I say and help in any way possible with what I have going on even when they don’t need too. Everyone one in the office has come together to help out with my mental health needs and point me in the right direction with a doctor that is just as amazing as they are. I wish all offices were as great as they are. I look forward to it because I am not ashamed of any of my past when I am with them I think very highly of all of them and what they do

Absolutely love this office. The company is wonderful. The Office staff will help you in anyway they can. I left another review on the one in Winchester by accident. But basically I’m telling you to go in with the honest open heart. So that you can get all the help you can. They’ll do anything in their power to help you get on the straight and narrow path. But they are kind courteous outgoing return phone calls right away easy scheduling. Everything you can ask for in a doctors office.
