Kyle Jones is an excellent practitioner. He listens carefully and explains treatment options in a clear manner and he never rushes appointments. Kyle is also compassionate and very capable. Danielle at the front desk is welcoming and organized. I feel genuinely cared for and I trust their medical advice.
Very thorough and in depth with whatever she is doing. Empathetic to a degree I've never seen before. The one word that best describes her,in my personal opinion, would be "Personable"
If I could give zero stars I would. I have previously seen the Staunton office which was wonderful in every way I have no complaints about that office. This location is telehealth only so there is no Dr on site so you see drs from anywhere. I seen a Dr from Tennessee today he was nice. I went in at 1:30 didn’t walk out the doors until 3 ok that’s fine… but then I couldn’t even get my medicine today even after calling MULTIPLE MULTIPLE TIMES directly after leaving the office first my medication wasn’t even sent in because they were having “technical difficulties” then it was I needed a pre auth didn’t get that bc the dr I seen today was from Tennessee and couldn’t get a Pre auth in or send the correct medicine in. So now Savida is closed and I’m without my medication 3 days in full withdrawal at this point at the Drs fault fully I’m in full withdraws and in result this office has caused me to relapse on my drug of choice today because I just couldn’t stand the withdrawal any longer. I begged and pleaded and expressed how sick I was and needed my medicine today and still nothing… The girl at the front desk was nice (Shay) I think her name is and was trying her best to help but could only do so much as the dr wasn’t there or even in the state for that matter but this system just is awful and I will not return to this location ever. I will try calling in the morning as soon as they open to try this again and to get my prescription right hopefully…
Dr. Chou is easy going and relatable. That’s hard to say for most doctors. He really shows that he cares about you but what I really appreciate is that is doesn’t bring anything besides his medical opinion with him. Some doctors start to talk to you like they know what’s best in your life, specifically when it comes to addiction. Dr. Chou isn’t like that. He uses his medical license to prescribe what I need and he does it safely. That’s it. Nothing more, nothing less. I greatly appreciate that about him and that’s why I use Savida instead of other offices that treat opioid dependency.
Kyle Jones, Danielle and Jaque are excellent at care, concern and information about my addiction. They are easy to talk to and give me motivation to continue on my recovery path. Kudos!
Not one negative thing to say about this place nor the people that work with you there. It's not just a "job" to them..They treat you more then some junkie off the street. I've changed my whole life &way of thinking with the help of the this place
Kyle Jones and Danielle are amazing. This is the only facility I've ever been to where you can get addiction services and mental health in one place. They seem to really care about you overall as a person and the treatment you receive is incomparable to anywhere else. I highly recommend.
Wonderful staff very real people no bull!! Kyle has been so patient and very understanding with me. He aint about no bs buy he doesn't label people either! He sees u doe who u are and the staff in the waynesboro office r very sweet and polite. And kind! I'm so glad I found them!
I was this location’s very first patient. Kyle Jones, NP, Danielle the medical assistant Autumn another medical assistant and Deborah the counselor are the best. I have felt like they listen to what you have to say and really care about your recovery. With the program I am on I have not wanted or needed a narcotic pain pill. They are the best at what they do. If you are in need of drug or alcohol rehabilitation this is definitely the place to go. Thank you also to Peter Chou, NP in the Staunton location as well.
Savida has definitely saved my life . Kyle is very easy to talk too and has really made my road to recovery as smooth as possible. Thanks Kyle!! They really care about your well being and treat you like family. I would totally recommend.
