Im so disappointed of this place when i first called Savida i wasn’t sure if i was ready to trust a place because i was scared then Peter answer my call n by the first call i felt warm welcome n ready from day one they made feel amazing not forget Ms. Shauna Bright An amazing dr she listen understand i could trust her with my process n with her i never felt judge look down Savida made me feel i had a family then peter was no longer there thats where i meet Whitney that was my girl she was so easy to handle my appointments she understood bc Because being a front Receptionist, specially, dealing in this field Is very important how you talk how you communicate how you explain things and how you come about things because they need to understand one thing can lead to a trigger and that’s very dangerous in the long run. Savida was great until Now, none of the people that made me feel welcome as a family that I was safe because I felt safe when I walked in there. They’re no longer there. Shawna‘s not there peter is not there. Seth is not there. Eugen is not there. The front person that works there now latoy is because I will no longer come back to this Clinic. I am so disappointed so disappointed she has made me feel uncomfortable as she has made me feel triggered. I feel like I can’t talk oto her about. Anything n hearing how she tlks about patients n laugh mocks is very is just nonm She’s not compressive. She’s understanding the way I seen the other receptionist is that they made us feel welcome. They understood their assignment. She doesn’t understand her assignment to me. She’s there for paycheck and if you’re not gonna love your job and you’re not gonna make people feel like they got a chance in recovery don’t work in these type of places That Doctor there now crystal yeah she’s Nice, but that’s all I can say about her. She’s nice. I could’ve been 15 minutes late. I could’ve had whatever situation I was going through. I I would never walked out without being seen when we get turned down. Was such a nasty attitude when I tell you nasty nasty attitude I got Miss thing that’s there now in the front need to understand. We can walk right straight back to the streets and we can overdose with one wrong action one word a lot of people here are sensitive. They’re not as strong as other people are strong in the recovery it’s sad because I know I’m not the only one leaving Savida because of her and because of the New way savida running now in Dover, Delaware. I have five of my friends have already.left left Savida. The best team has left and I wish you guys all the best, But if you guys don’t get rid of that main person in the front desk, the one that Whitney train and backstab her and backstabbed everybody just to get that position y’all gonna lose a lot of your good patient Cause she really showed her true colors but I will. no longer come back to Savita

When I started here the staff before and up to today was beautiful and respectful now to management you all let a great doctor Doctor Seth which is very sad and now Doctor Boyd one of the best caring doctor a Christian woman with Faith is God go when Dr. was on vacation there was one Doctor tried her best to put me back on narcotics methodone I refused I didn’t want a life like we all had before and of this management had a heart and there Faith of Gods Love they would of kept around two doctors of the best I ever met that truly cared about their patients it takes a Heart not about saving a few dollars and put doctors in place of Doctors Seth and Dr.Boyd but them two are doing well and so blessed my heart goes the staff because if they let 2 wonderful great doctors go they will let staff go because of greed and management doesn’t care about their patients or staff they care about the money money only you all keep God first starting out the day and watch the beautiful blessings keep coming in your lives 🙏😇✝️ and to Doctor Seth and Doctor Boyd Gods going to bless you both in many ways love you both I’m a Christian it’s why I say this to everyone

Everyone is so friendly, and kind here! I always feel welcome as soon as I walk through the doors. I have been a patient here for over a year and I feel like part of the family, always willing to help if you need it, answer any questions and accommodating, always amazingly clean in the building!

I have been going here for almost 4 years. The staff very friendly welcome you like family they greet you by name as well care about your concerns and try to fix them if any concerns or issue come about.
Staff member: MRS SUE is the most AMAZING office/medical assistant I have ever came acrossed. She will always return your calls or emails in a timely manner, as well as explain anything you need to know the best way she can as well as provide information with your questions. If she didn't work here I'm pretty certain alot of clients would leave. There is two doctors. Well now one I would recommend.

DR. SETH is no longer there he was the BEST doctor I had. I wouldnt see no other doctor or I would reschedule my appt so I could be seen by this on doctor. He actually cares about your sobriety and doesn't just write prescriptions and just get you out of his office. He asks about your mental health and listens to what you have to say. He does not just want to dose you and keep increasing you he tries to see what works for you checks in with you if need to contact him he always reaches back out in between clients or when free but always same day. I do miss him.

DR. MRS BRIGHT I have seen here 5 times now. She is amazing to she asks your about your medication how your doing with it if there is any concerns. She listens to you about what is need and going on tries to help if can or provide her in put on it. She works with you if need to come different day or having trouble getting there. I would definitely recommend her to anyone definitely if they are in beginning stage of there recovery and need help or someone that been in recovery and looking for new doctor that cares about their patients to help them find a system that works for there recovery.

The team at Savida health are great, they are honest and caring and will do everything they can to help you as long as you are honest and open with them. I have to say that Susan ,Jenny and Seth are a huge part of my success for the last 5 years. They truly care about you and want you to succeed. Seth, Jenny and sue are the best! When you come in your scared, timid and not sure if you’re making the right decision but trust me you are I went through over twenty years with all the highs and lows of finding my next fox until I died on the couch in front of my wife and my family had to see that and that’s when I decided enough was enough. No one can tell you otherwise it has to be your decision and if you’re not willing to go through a little bit of pain to get to the other side than this may not be for you but if you are then you should really give this a try I think you will be very happy in the end

This is bye far the nicest and cleanest place in Dover Delaware. The staff is incredible, I personally can't say enough wonderful things about everyone that I've encountered there. If you're looking for a great place that truly cares about your sobriety and is there for you and not to mingle such as the clinic was or that's how it made me feel, then SaVida Health is the BEST OF THE BEST.

I prefer Savida over any of the other treatment centers locally. The staff truly cares and they treat you like a Human being Vs a recovering addict. I think two of the most important qualities to have when dealing with people are to have compassion and empathy and I get that when I’m speaking with any of the staff at this Location. Aside from the staff, the office feels like a regular doctors office rather than a treatment center which is one of the things I Love the most. #RecoveryWorks
