Ann is a very professional and kind therapist. She has been encouraging but firm in guiding me through processing my emotions. I have walked through a lot of my past and am living without substances. Savida is a great place to learn to live a better life.

I finally found a clinic that actually listens to me and my opinions, a place where they take in account what you have to say about your body and mental health. A place where they actually want to help you. I am very thankful for finding this place they have helped me achieve more stability in my life in 3 months then I have been able to do in 15 years with other mental health counseling. I 100% suggest giving them a try if you need help they will listen and do their best to assist you in bettering yourself. Thank you Stacy and Karen!

They ask if I was on medication that ever worked for me I told them what had worked for me most my life and then they put me on something that I told them I had been on before and that it didn't work so they put me back on stuff that did not work after asking what had worked in the past and what didn't makes no sense we come to these places for help but in the last 10years medical docs and mental health docs seem to be profiling and it's just getting worse some of us just want help granted some are there for the wrong reason but assuming everyone is there for the wrong reason is totally wrong this is a big problem these days

The facility itself is nice. You know, therapist is very nice, but they could use a lot of help to do receptionists. Very.
Rude Not very friendly. In the bangor maine facility The exceptionist has never one time been nice to me.i find this Very offensive. However, the theory of this is very professional and nice.

Savida health may be a new place in Bangor but they recently hired a doctor that I was a patient of before and I admit that I was uneasy about it cuz I was not told it was happening until it had but it was a good thing and I have only been treated with kindness by the staff at savida and I'm planning on staying with them until I can't anymore cuz it is hard to get services from people you truly trust and like!!! That's why I give savida 5 stars

My first experience with Karen at SaVida Health was great. Staff is welcoming, understanding, and non-judgmental. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to start or continue their recovery path to reach out to SaVida. They will listen to your needs and treat you like a person who is sick and needs help, unlike many other recovery providers.

Amazing, my individual counseling with SaVida Health’s, Jenna Is an absolutely amazing experience. The open and honest, feeling of a sincere connection has always been a struggle in counseling however, speaking with Jenna, that it’s not the case. She is well diverse in the many areas of assisting me to prosper and reflect on barriers after returning from incarceration. She is a master at reflective listening, and breaks away any hesitation i may have of creating a wall and closing down. Jenna willingness to share her own lived experience, brings a feeling of security, and understanding. The growth that Jenna is creating within myself is a safe and judgement free environment. The counseling sessions we have is not judgmental or does not create a feeling of fear due to biased opinions that I have felt within other counseling professionals.
Enclosing, I would like to add that after speaking with Jenna, I am not burdened by a feeling of depression, anger, or hopelessness that I have felt in the past, with other counseling sessions. She has the right amount of holding me accountable, reflective listening, motivational conversations, and compassion, for my personality type.
Thank you for your support.
Sincerely Grateful,
JM

I can't say enough about this group. Have been the driving force in why my son has stayed sober for a year. Even helping get Mainecare straightened out so his care stays consistent. There needs to be more concerned about the patient and not always the final dollar.

I switched from another local provider to savida. It has been one of the best experiences. The staff is amazing . Very responsive to my needs. I had a med issue on the weekend and they got right back to me and it was taken care of.
