Normal they do amazing my provider is out this morning and due to a issue with the Internet I missed my appointment even though I called twice yesterday they failed to mention that and didn't help me with what I called about a med I take and get monthly ran out of refills I called to get that taken care of yesterday and they didn't help said I'll give you a call back later but failed to do. I got a email today saying I missed my appointment yesterday. So I called again today to reschedule my appointment let me mind you that show every month and haven't failed a UA and haven't gotten a bridge and can't get until Monday That doesn't help the fact that I am currently out of meds and it's Thursday. Same thing today I'll call you back and they only have a hour left of the day.

Savida has great crew of doctors. I have been with Dr kloster for almost 14 years and he is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is a very caring doctor and always listens to your concerns. The doctors, nurses and office staff are all a wonderful group of people. I fully recommend this office if your looking for support with sobriety. This office has kept me focused and fully supported through many difficult transitions in my personal life. I dont know where I would be if I didnt have the staff at this office fully supporting me. The place is nice and Kathleen means well. But I feel like she asked to much personal questions involving the outside. Asking about parole and housing and stuff. I’m there to do a clean ua and get my shots. Just my personal opinion. Most people are nice there tho.

I’ve been with Dr Kloster for probably over 10 years, and have had a great experience. They put up with a lot from me when I was off the hinges, but ever since I got on the right path, it’s been very easy going, SaVida does their best to make sure everything goes smoothly in regards to appointments, the pharmacy, etc. Great place, would definitely recommend. If you’re thinking of starting treatment, do it, don’t give up, stick with it, and try your best to live a new life moving forward

Dr. Kloster has stand by me and supported me through the good and the bad. When I joined Hawthorn over 10 years ago. I was ready to fully commit to the program and do the program the right way. I was on a couple programs a few times and do to me not being ready to give up everything completely. Those other programs failed for me. And let’s be honest it was 99.9% my own fault the programs didn’t work for me. I felt forced into seeking help before I was 100% committed in my mind that I needed help. Dr. Kloster always spoke to me as a father would a son to help show me the errors of my ways and the life I could have if I just keep my head on straight and work the program the way it was designed to help me succeed to the fullest. Dr. Kloster is one of my heroes! Not just for what he has done to help me over the years. But the help he’s giving to the community as a whole. I’m grateful for him because if he was to refuse to help me at that time. I don’t believe I would be here now texting a biography of Dr Kloster. 🤣 I know many more people who feel the very same way about ( Our Good Ol’e Doctor Kloster. He brought the help to this community that we have been sadly been missing in this area. Which left this area so far behind the times, as far as recovery and help for people. The only options were to be sent away to inpatient. That’s not always an option that works for everyone.

I want to give personal Thanks to Dr.’s Kloster, Haughton, McLaughlin, and any other Dr’s I forgot to mention their names. And to all the hard working staff that does everything in their power to make sure that you have everything you need and at a reasonable time.

I've been with Savida since it was a hole in the wall experience wellness center in Pittsfield MA on Rene Ave. I've seen it blossom into an excellent place for recovery and open offices all over. When I found out they had opened an office in Bennington VT and I was moving back here, my reaction was both relief and worry at the same time. But then I found out that a doctor I already knew was going to be running it and my nerves calmed a bit. They had picked excellent staff from pittsfield to help get everyone and everything on the right path and now with a great staff if their own...even though I really know know anyone anymore I still feel comfortable and like my needs will be met without bias. Recovery is hard and a lot if the time discriminated against by the very people who are supposed to be helping. But the Bennington savida office is compassionate and I personally feel safe and well cared for. Thank you for almost 12 years of keeping my life together. I really couldn't do it without you.
