She reduced my adhd medicine, due to personal beliefs. Well I have been on it years and it works for my adhd and now being g reduced has decreased my quality of life. People with ahdh sometimes need medicines to stay ok. It's not a choice. It needs to be treated or my quality of life decreases. Does that make sense? I hope so.

I used to visit the St Johnsbury location and I miss those ladies so much.. BUT, the ladies at the Newport location have been so wonderful and welcoming!! Which is why I stick with Savida, at the end of the day, even though it's a much further drive now.. And through the heights in the winter, it can be super tricky.. But it is WORTH IT!! My provider Shauna is THE BEST.. And I sincerely believe that they have been a huge part in my continued sobriety over the last 13 years.. It is VERY obvious that they really care about helping people!! Thank you to everyone at Savida!! I will always recommend you ✌🏽❤️😊

I hesitated for a while now with the change of my PCP. He was a extremely compassionate and an amazing family doctor. When he got done and replaced with the PA the first time I met him I got the impression that he was more of a PA that shouldn't be a family Dr , instead someone who works at the barrt clinic where it's a quick in and out appointment for the patient and he doesn't have to do a lot of work. Anyway I finally switched to Savita and I am extremely happy with the service and kindness I receive, the credit they gave me for where I am in life today.

I have heen at savida for 3 years, my original doctor left the practice and I was put with Dr Shauna mckeon she is amazing! She makes my appointments/ check-ins nice I look forward to having my appointments with her and she works in a timely manner. She answers all my questions and has Never made me feel uncomfortable even during my recovery process, she's amazing and I highly recommend!

They are always respectful and non judgemental. They do their best to accommodate you, and your time. They are helpful and caring in your recovery process. They work with you if you have to reschedule your apt. They will try to get you a bridge rx to make it to your next apt if you miss. The only regret I have during my journey to recovery, is not knowing about and seeking treatment at your facility sooner. Very glad and owe our sobriety to Savida Health here in Newport, the outstanding providers and Counseling that is given to support you in any situation with "compation" for once as the other place in town can learn a lesson from, the correct way to use your medication to the prompt, structured, clean environment that every patient deserves to maintain a clean lifestyle. The office staff is always on top of their game with positive attitudes at all times, the way that feels is better then other non profits just out to get you through the door with as little support but lots of money as possible. Savida health in Newport Vermont is the best doctors office I have EVER encountered in my 31 years of life! They check you in and out very quickly and your appointment time is just the right amount of time as well! The doctors, counselors, and other staff are so nice and friendly! If you need to just talk to someone they are there for you and they will always and have always gone above and beyond for their patients, especially for my husband and I! We as addicts need this type of environment, and doctors period to be successful in our recovery! I would most definitely recommend this office to anyone!
