I absolutely love this place and the people who work here and I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone who needs it. I went from 36 mgs at the clinic, down to 18 and now I'm at 6mgs and they work with you. So much so that I tell them EVERYTHING! Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff was short but the one lady did an incredible job being alone. I felt heard and listened to and today was the first day going to this office. I definitely recommend. I also absolutely love the doctor I see. Again. Kind, caring, compassionate and on top of all my medical needs. Sometimes I don't think people realize how much work it takes to run everything smoothly. They do an amazing job and I appreciate the care I receive. Thanks for being there for me, with me and beside me every step of the way. I definitely wouldn't be where I am now if it wasn't for these guys.

I have had nothing but the best experience with Savita Health. Receptionists are welcoming. No wait time. Nurses are professional, friendly and kind. Case workers really get to know each individual and adjust to there personal needs, are compassionate, understanding, helpful, and it shows how much they care about the patient. Atmosphere is welcoming, clean, comfortable, and private. Wonderful place, with wonderful people.

I’ve felt like I was being heard and accepted by my provider from day one at Savida. She doesn’t rush through the appt or make me feel like I need to be quick with answers. I’ve been able to be honest with her about my past and any current issues that I wasn’t able to address with my previous provider for fear of being reprimanded in some way. She’s flexible with appts and offers options like telemedicine and visiting other locations for lab work if needed.I genuinely feel like she remembers things about me and our conversations from months before, without looking back at notes or anything(even if it’s from notes, I don’t see her reading them and never have to wait for her to read thru during our visit to refresh her memory!) I don’t worry about being judged, I feel liked and cared about as well as respected by her. The rest of the staff are very wonderful as well, I never feel uncomfortable there or like I’m not important individually. Seeing tons of people everyday, it can be hard to not clump them together sometimes but it’s not an issue at Savida. I wish I had found them sooner, especially my provider! I know I’m safe from scrutiny, judgement or feeling like just another person to process in and out quickly.

Secondary Alcohol and drug addiction treatment center (not a methadone clinic). Providers practice addiction medicine as well as treating other related illnesses (Hep C, etc.)

This place has gone so down hill. My partner goes there on his on free will to get help and today none of the providers were even there so he had to do an in office doxy (televideo) and their staff was incredibly incompassionate and swearing along with listening to loud music. Completely unprofessional and I work in the medical field myself.

This facility allows patients to leave and drive while visibly under the influence. Their patients have broken into buildings and vehicles of people who live around here, and just TODAY 4/20/22 one of their patients left visibly intoxicated and ran their car into a building across the parking lot. I don’t know how this facility is still licensed and operating as they are putting the community at risk and blatant danger by allowing people to leave and even giving treatment while clearly still intoxicated. Multiple police reports have been filed regarding this facility and complaints to the dept of health have been filed. I 100% support opiate and alcohol rehabilitation but how this place goes about it is completely wrong. They are hurting more people than they are helping and need to be shut down.
