Has put me in harms way several times. Forcing alcoholic to quit cold turkey and prescribing medications that have side affects that cause deadly withdrawal symptoms. The sub shots are great but pulling people off of medication and forcing withdrawal is not what an addiction clinic should he doing. That's for detox or a hospital not to force patients into bad situations on their own.

Savida is the best in general! They’ve helped me in my recovery all around more than the other many places that I’ve tried! Annalisa annd Robert are especially are amazing, supportive, helpful, great listeners, and will go above and behind to help with what they can! Chrissy is friendly, helpful, supportive, and easy to get along with & Haley at the desk has calm warming energy and always has a smile greeting patients, she’s caring, listens and does a great job! I highly recommend everyone that's in need of the services they offer to give them a call. They give you the tools needed to succeed(medications, councilling, etc,). So with your determination & willingness anything is possible! Overall I'd grade them A+!

Savida is a Godsend to me. I've been with Savida since 2013 or 2014. The environment is always welcoming & very clean. The ENTIRE staff from the ladies at the front desks, to the nurses to the providers. They are very caring about each patient on individual needs. As I know many Friends & Family that also go to Savida and everyone agrees that they are very professional and very nice & personable. They are ALWAYS there when a addict just needs to talk.
I see Analise currently and she is the BEST. I'm VERY comfortable with her. Very kind and professional. I rate her a 10

They were very understanding and helpful in my battle with addiction and mental health issues extremely thankful to have another chance at life. I would recommend anyone in Berkshire county to utilize the help they offer the alternative is costly and not a good option. Choose life!

Savida has literally saved my life I have never felt more at home in any drs.office nor clinic of any sort.. the people at savida are godsents!! Tho I miss my Dr Johanna Swift... I like Annalisa vargas as a dr.. and she is helpful, the savida ladies have gone out of their way for me on more than one.occasion and the compassion they share is Beautifully spread thruout !!!!!:)they all definitely itely get a 10 out of 10 rating

This program is just perfect for me and I'm sure other people.. The girls here all of them are such warm hearted people that care very much for their patients... I wouldn't want another team taking care of me. These ladies know everything about me and not one of them judge

I am sincerely grateful that I was able to meet with a provider today over doxy, however, I am deeply saddened that the greed of money in the corporate world allowed two long term providers to be laid off. Now when we go to the office, we no longer see anyone face to face for our MAT providers are on the computer. It’s wrong not on to the providers who’ve put heart and soul into their patient but also patients who trust them and continue to go there.

SaVida Health of North Adams has been, and still remains a key factor in and related to my recovery from substance abuse. Before joining SaVida, I had participated in other outpatient treatment programs in/or around the area for years. My experiences were always extremely stiff, guarded, and lacked the compassion, respect, and efficiency that SaVida gives. From start to finish, every appointment is a pleasurable experience. The staff and doctors go above and beyond to listen with caring insight, and will go out of their way to help anyone who is willing to seek it. They’ve advocated for me without hesitation; and always have my back, wanting what’s best for me. I absolutely love this place and all the employees! The front desk girls are very nice & respectful! I am glad I left Clean Slate & came here! I even brought up a plant from home to have here in the lobby area.. I have so many plants at home that I don't know what to do with!! Lol ... so now everyone can enjoy a little flower pot with Elephant Ears & Ivy.. beautiful 😍 💕
