It's hard to rate Savida. The staff at the pittsfield office are all absolutely phenomenal. Each and every one of them truly care and put their patients first. If this rating only pertained to them, it would be 5 stars. Savida as a company does not care one bit about you or anything other than money. The worst part is, they don't care about their staff that keep that company running. They just fired a provider for no reason other than to cut cost and save a couple bucks. The issue is, even before that termination the staff was already grossly overworked, overscheduled and overwhelmed. No matter how good your staff is or how much they care, the quality of care they're able to provide is nowhere near where it should be, at no fault of their own. Everyone knows Savida is making money hand over fist, hopefully they'll realize they should take better care of the ones in the trenches making them that money, day in and day out.

I've been going to this clinic for 10+ years, through several name changes. All the staff we have now are fantastic and I talk to them like they're my friends.
