I'm not one of Jon's regular patients but I do see him occasionally if my primary provider is not available. He has shown a genuine concern for me without knowing me well! Everyone here is amazing! Front desk staff are so friendly. The lab staff are wonderful women, and the few doctors I have seen are awesome! I have been seeing Jon now for close to a year. I love him. This is a great doctors office with salt of the Earth type people. Such great staff! They take great care of you and are willing to help if something goes wrong. I'm glad I started here! Antoinette is great. She's sweet, and actually cares for her patients well-being. I would recommend Antoinette and SaVida to anyone seeking services.

The staff members and clinicians are the most professional, sympathetic, in some of the most kindest people I've ever dealt with. They're always polite and treat everyone with respect. As far as me personally I can say with honesty that the staff will go out of their way to work with you and are absolutely non-judgmental. I would recommend anyone that is serious about staying clean to go through Savida. I transferred to the Worcester office from Greenfield Mass and it was the same experience in Greenfield as it is in Worcester.

The kindest staff who are #1 with accommodating for appointments as I can only come at a certain time of day. They are always able to make that happen!! I wouldnt go anywhere else!! If you need a place to go, absolutely GO TO SAVIDA!! You will never regret it!!

This place is amazing. I've been trying to get into Lianne Inc for awhile now, but it's constant phone tag. So my husband, who's been a patient for years, talked to his Dr and she got me in immediately. No waiting list. They had openings already. The Dr I have is very nice, very sweet. She explained everything in a way for me to understand. She listened to the issues I had with getting on my meds again cause of insurance, and eased my mind by getting me into therapy quickly, so I can see a psychiatrist and be back on them. I have depression, anxiety, PTSD... so on. The nurse I had was really nice, and was also funny. I have extreme anxiety going places, especially to a new place I've never been to. I had my last Dr for 22 years. It scared me finding someone else that would keep me on my scripts. That was my hugest fear. The nurse being funny, helped calm me down, when she didn't even know I had anxiety. It goes to show the type of person she is. Very sweet. This part doesn't have anything to do with their services, but one specific person and what she did for me, after clocking out. I get a ride through state PT 1. The vehicle picking me up only waited outside for 10 minutes, and left. There's no service in the building so I didn't get his call. He put me down as a no show. Even though he knew I was still in the building, because he's my ride. So I called the company back, and the lady told me I had to call Mart back and reschedule a new ride. I was like "what? Are you crazy? You're on hold forever." I was on hold for over an hour, and my appt ended at 245. If they waited 15 minutes, like most companies do, I wouldn't have been in this situation. So anyways, they told me to stay by my phone and someone will be there at 530. That's how long I sat there. 15 minutes short of 3 hours!!!!! So anyways, everyone had already left at 5pm. The manager got out at almost 530. I don't remember her name. She got in her vehicle and saw me sitting on the ground outside the business, and pulled over. She asked if everything was okay. I told her no and explained it all to her. She took me inside, and called the company that was supposed to pick me up, and asked why I was still there. She told her, that she told me that I had to call Mart back, and she said that I did 3x. The lady said I don't know what to say, she has to call them back, and set up a new one. Then she goes, she did do that, and they called you and you didn't pick up. She had nothing to say to that. So as she was on hold with Mart she was checking to see how much Uber would cost, and I'm saying in my head, no God, this isn't her responsibility it's the driving company. So right as she was putting the address in, a company pops up on the computer saying they'll be there in 10 minutes to get me. She deserves to be employee of the month, or some kind of recognition for doing what she did. It might have seemed like a small thing to do for somebody, and the right thing, but it was huge to me. I have PTSD from S. A. when I was younger, and anxiety in places idk. So to me, God blessed me, by having this wonderful lady see me, and stop to ask what's wrong. Thank you Savida. They don't just do appointments for people with addiction problems. Mine is because of having back surgery. They took me in cause my Dr decided he's not taking masshealth anymore. I was so appreciative of them for quickly getting me in with no wait. I'm sorry this review is so long, but it was my first time being seen there, and they've done so much already.

I have been working with SaVida's staff for a few months now doing Buis development. These women from behind the scenes to the front lines have been absolutely wonderful. They really care about their patients and get things done! I witnessed real compassion from Shelly, Paige, Whitney and the providers for a woman in crisis.
It was simply amazing to watch this team save lives from beginning to end!
