I love SaVida, they've been amazing for my recovery. The 2 women who work at the front desk in winchester are so cool. Super nice and very supportive. My provider is awesome and supportive. Love this place and the lives it's saved

Used to be a great place when Brittany and Dr. John were there. Since they left the only person that genuinely cares is Steph. Quality of care since this new manager BIRD LADY took over it's a joke. Overbilling ... It's a scam, all they care about is money

This place is seriously a godsend. I am a transfer patient due to insurance issues I had to switch facilities, but I am so grateful for what I thought was a huge “inconvenience”, especially since I loved my nurse at the previous facility. But Sara and the girls in the front are so sweet and welcoming, I felt at home right away. I am so happy to be a patient and feel like it’s a huge blessing in my recovery

Stephanie was amazing. Genuine concern and caring. All the staff at Savita are awesome. I've been going almost 3 years all together in Front Royal and Winchester office. All the girls are friendly. I haven't had one bad experience. I recommend to everybody. Love you ladies!!!

I’ve been going to this place for over a year now they have helped me with my substance-abuse treatment and because of them and their counselors I have remain cleaned the entire time with no relapses, and I look forward to going to my appointments there!!!

I was recommended to SaVida Health through my counselor maybe a little over a year ago. As a patient who drives from Loudoun County, about 45 minutes each way (there and back) twice a month for my appointments, I couldn’t ask for a better establishment for my recovery! From day one i felt like home walking into their office. Not one single employee had anything against the lifestyle I was living, and every single one of them was, and still to this day, are always happy and eager to help me get my life back. I love my provider Sarah Van Heukelum SO MUCH, and believe me…I’ve been to many Suboxone providers! The front staff alone make me feel right at home too. Erica, Caitlin & Ashley are such compassionate ladies. They really care for their patients. Take my word, you can keep your anonymity all while learning to live a sober life. I won’t switch to anywhere else, and I don’t care if they moved another 45 minutes additional from what I drive now!! Thank you SaVida Winchester! You deserve all FIVE STARS! ♥︎

This place is the absolute best! My husband is a patient and when I come to his appts, they make me and him feel so comfortable! The customer service is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to help as much as they can! They truly care, you can feel it in the whole building! AMAZING TEAM at the Winchester location. I have been going to Savid for 5 years, and I'm very at ease with anyone I've been in contact with.
They listen, they don't judge, and they have always made me feel comfortable. Addiction can be very hard to talk about. With Savida, they make it a very comfortable, stress-free process. When you call the office, you will most likely talk to Erica. She is amazing, friendly, kind, caring and does her job well! She also creates the cutest appointment cards each month, and I am always excited to get mine.
Ashley is also amazing. She will do your vitals. She is always friendly, smiling, gentle, and will take good care of you. She is also great at her job and does it well. Dr. Sarah is caring, friendly, compassionate, and easy to talk to. She takes time to listen to you and doesn't rush you along like a lot of other doctors do . I am able to discuss anything with her. I'm very comfortable and pleased with everyone at the Winchester location! I HIGHLY recommend Savida. The Winchester location has the PERFECT team!

Christina the nurse is AMAZING you can tell she truly cares about her patience and our recovery! She knows what she is doing an always helps where needed and i was informed my insurance would help with thing i knew nothing about. But Christina helped me out she is a god sent! The front desk girl Erika can use some manners and stop being so judgemental!

I was extremely skeptical at first being it was was my first time and I've heard horror stories and I already have bad anxiety. All of that skepticism quickly went away. Everyone was so nice and understanding and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend SaVida to anyone who may be struggling with addiction. They are very knowledgeable and experienced in their field. Dr. Wolf I great, caring and understanding. He actually takes time and talks with u about ur individual needs and problems. His receptionist, Jessica, is warm and welcoming and is so nice to talk to. And actually remembers the patients names. Now the Front Royal crew , doctor included are rude and completely unprofessional. This place has been going down hill for awhile.
