New Wytheville Treatment Center Combating Substance Abuse WYTHEVILLE, Va. (WFXR) — A new treatment center in Wytheville is hoping to combat substance abuse. “People are dying. They’re dying from overdose. It happens every day,” said Dr. Margaret Gregorczyk, a physician from SaVida Health. The main concern is opioids. According to the Virginia Department of Health (VDH), more than 1,000 people died of opioid overdoses in 2018.
